Don't get what I pay for, constant dropping of wifi, they never fixed the problem. Would recommend going to your local McDonald's and using their wifi instead of Mediacom.
Why does this company only have one office?!!!! Can't get anything on my account fixed without taking the day off from work and making a 50 minute drive. They aren't even open on the weekends. Good luck getting any customer service on the phone. I'm bought ready to be done with them. My bill has doubled in the last year but service has been extremely poor. Our internet crashes constantly.
Obviously they suck
If 0 stars was an option I would put it. We are being charged $100 a month for a service that doesn’t even remotely work, can’t wait to get changed to a different service. This company is a joke
