Horrible internet provider and the only reason they're still around is because they don't have any competition.
Never works when you need it to, absolutely terrible service
This internet service is horrible. My internet goes out every night at 12:05 am. Its almost as if someone who works for the company does this on purpose. This has been happening for 2 weeks straight amongst other times of days. There is no other choice but to have Mediacom
