Terrible service overpriced always out or latency heavy consistent 200-500ms of ping 3 mins out of a 5 min game
I had a service installation appointment on Friday, 6/26. The lines were already connected to Mediacom. The technician activated my service but refused to close the work order because they said they won't get paid if they don't access the lines outside, even though the lines are already connected to Mediacom and my service is already active, so they rescheduled another appointment. I live in Adel, Iowa. I have had 14 text messages from the automated service that mediacom uses either saying maintenence is scheduled in my area and internet will be affected or confirming that they are aware of a service issue from April 29th through June 18th. As of the morning of June 18th, I am without internet and still have no internet. When I log in to my account, it says there are no outages but when I spoke to an agent they said they cannot see my modem. They said the earliest they could get a technician was 6/23. ... read more
Saw your techs in my Waukee AGAIN!! Internet has dropped for the third time tonight, and it won’t come back on! You guys are a joke! Maybe if your techs did more than sit on their phone, they could actually fix the problem!
