Mediacom came to run my neighbors internet the other day. They laid a drop cord through their yard, into the dividing fence owned by me and my other neighbor. At no time did they ask to come into our back yards both with gates, and left them both wide open when they left for our dogs to escape. That is trespassing.This is how people get shot. I hope this was someone’s first day on the job.

I wouldn’t recommend Mediacom to anyone. Especially in the waukee area. There are service issues weekly, if not daily. I’m always having down internet, waiting for technicians to fix the problem in our area. Always fix it many many hours after the estimated time. Honestly it’s exhausting and causes so many other problems for us. All I can say is I Absolutely hate this company and they don’t do anything at all, just collect their checks. Terrible service overpriced always out or latency heavy consistent 200-500ms of ping 3 mins out of a 5 min game

I had a service installation appointment on Friday, 6/26. The lines were already connected to Mediacom. The technician activated my service but refused to close the work order because they said they won't get paid if they don't access the lines outside, even though the lines are already connected to Mediacom and my service is already active, so they rescheduled another appointment.
