This I'd the worst internet service I have ever had. They performed "network upgrades" and I was down for two days with almost no notice. Ever since then, I have been intermittent issues daily. Several time I have been with out internet in the middle of a work day due to work being performed, again with no notice. I request a callback from their app, and I get a recorded message saying that they are sorry they missed me, so I have to queue up again and wait fof an agent again.
Had medicom installed yesterday. Internet went out around 6pm so I called, on hold for an hr. Finally talk to someone and was told line needs to be buried or wont work right? Huh? Assured me line being buried today and she tried on her end but modem would not come up need to send tech tomorrowas well. Told me between 8am and noon today, no one showed or called. Only in business because they’re the second most awful. Absolute money pit, uninterested in providing a good service because they know they can get away with it. Likely better to just switch to mail by carrier pidgeon and give up on streaming, online games, working from home, whatever it is you do. Nightmare of an isp.
Worst company i have ever dealt with. Too long of a story to put in here.
They will give you shoddy equipment and then try to blame you and charge you for everything. VERY SHADY... AVOID AT ALL COST!
