If I could give less than one star, I would. You can’t ever get a HUMAN on the phone, since we signed up in February, we have experienced more outage time than we did with our previous company in a whole year! We run our business out of our home and it has seriously set us back. Also we went to Maxway today and had to pay cash because their internet (yep-Mediacom) was down too. Couldn’t even process a check. We are switching to Buzz. Maybe we’ll be able to access the internet finally and get our business back on track. Oh an... read more
Our cable has been out or intermittent for the past week. When I called for Tech Support, I always get the run around! This is definitely the worst cable we’ve ever had!
