unfortunately been stuck with this service for years and its about as terrible as it gets. the Wi-Fi goes out on a nightly basis and as someone who gets most of their school/professional work done at night, this is clearly a problem. I would recommend doing all you can to avoid using this terrible ISP!!!
I simply went in to return my modem. Service was immediate and courteous.
I really hate this company; Besides raising the price astronomically, my neighborhood always has outages, which is great for someone who works hybrid. Would love to switch, but not many options in this area. Would love for someone to recommend another company that doesn’t suck this bad, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
