I am an Ottawa resident paying for high speed internet, and I want to warn the city of how this company operates, particularly if you have elderly family in the area. Mediacom not only does not register maintenance downtime as something to be credited for the consumer, but I have verified their logs for outages and maintenance to be fraudulent.
