I had a very frustrating experience with Mediacom. I’ve been a customer for about a year, but I constantly experienced weak speeds and frequent disconnections. Despite this, I was still paying for a service that did not perform as expected. When I tried to resolve the issue, I first requested cancellation due to the ongoing problems.
