Don’t really have to explain a whole lot considering you can see the average rating. By far one of the worst internet providers I’ve ever had to deal with. Not reliable and has frequent outages. Cuts out multiple times a day and I am shocked they are even allowed to be a provider considering how terrible the internet is.

You have to call every single year and argue with the loyalty department just to get a slightly higher rate than what ImOn and Metronet are offering. They will bait and switch you by sending equipment they promise up and down is "free" and "included" and then in a few months start charging you equipment fees for that supposedly free equipment. 5/11/26: Had to call yet again. I have had this internet for 5 years and they have been the absolute WORST WORST WORST COMPANY EVER. I guess after 5 years they have decided to put a data limit on my internet amd start charging me 10 dollars every time I go over it so I'm being charged 10 dollars daily. Did this without my consent or knowledge. Falsely advertise 30 dollars a month internet. It has never ever ever been only 30 except a 100 dollar charge each month. They allow for more to be taken out of your account than what you owe and not give you a refun... read more
