I was returning my router because I canceled my service to try something else. They were very professional. Only a couple people ahead of me. They quickly got me taken care of and gave me a receipt for my equipment that I turned in and told me I had a $5 check coming to my address in the future.
Horrible and extremely overpriced service
Very bad customer service! They are not helpful at all!
It is unfortunate that there are not lower ratings available for Mediacom.They are the lowest of the low and exemplify the terms duplicious, unscrupulous and unsatiable greed. They had a monopoly and they exploited it in every possible way. Their reprehensible business practices could serve as a bad example for others to avoid. How they have avoided losing their franchise and withstood all the BBB complaints is only an example of how corrupt the city government really is.
