service is meh. it goes down a lot and half the time your latency is through the roof. it could be way way better for its price.

Wish there was a competitor in town that offered wired internet. Cause have had nothing but issues with our internet for years. Paying $140/month just for internet that constantly goes on and off. Have had numerous appointments, switching of modems which they then keep claiming the old ones are never returned when their technicians take them with them. It seems I am using my phone hotspot more and more often because mediacom ain't working. Sad sad day when my cell phone hotspot is more reliable than a cable internet.
