Not only does your internet service suck, but so does your customer service!! I drove from Newton (after checking the hours)to return your trash equipment, just to find out that you’re closed the entire week. No one could be bothered to update your hours on your Google page. I’m so glad that I have Internet through somebody else, because Mediacom has been nothing but a headache!!! Good riddance.

Great Customer Service
As a disabled veteran I absolutely WOULD NOT recommend this company. I have never been treated with the level of disrespect that I have been treated with by these representatives...I am currently looking for new service cuz I will not be talked to the way they teach and allow their representatives to talk to ppl.
