Wow! I called and talked to Kathy. She said she's got too many calls to answer today and refused to help me. Saying call back later.... I said but I am already on the phone with you now why would I lose my spot just so you can answer calls after me first.... She hung up. Horrible service! It's been months and they dug up part of my driveway, didn't fill it in! Left lines running across the top of my yard , never came back to bury them!
Horrible service, very expensive and many outages. Stay far away from this company!
Yall are trash, nothing but problems, Not to mention you dont tell people you can lease to own the modem, but instead charge non stop for years as long as you can. Honestly If I were to write a nice email to the attorney general about how ISP's have no regulation on updating end users hardware that will efficiently provide the fastest and most reliable connection.
In my opinion, they over charge everything. If their service was reliable, that might be a different story. But it's not. The internet is slower than what they claim to provide, it's constantly crashing, the phone service is unreliable and the cable service is way overpriced. I have been very disappointed with my service. And customer service is terrible. They are of little to no help what so ever.
