I have been a loyal customer for 3 YEARS. The last two months I have not been able to use my wifi. I have still been charged over $100 plus. For what? Not wifi. I have contacted them several times to fix the issue, I've been given a percentage of a credit, but why? I just want working internet. A credit is a joke. I want a refund for lack of service and quality that I was promised. This has been ridiculous. I've had a technician come out to my home twice, and still I can not use my wifi.
Media com is usually prompt and efficient with service and providing information I request. This time, the in-person technician, Hunter, was thorough with his first contact and all future scheduled calls to confirm and coordinate with me for his date and time to repair my internet service. He quickly found the issue and assured me he had made the needed repairs to restore my service ticket the best working condition. I have been a mediacom customer for 7 at least 5 years it was very good internet until here the kast few months it sucks I pay $145 dollars a month for it and I can't even watch my TV I wouldn't recommend this service inhave called numerous times and cant get anything done They were supposed to vring me a modem and didn't even call or show up I guess I'll be looking for another internet provider cause with service like this how in the world do they have any customers
The absolute WORST company to deal with. Internet goes out multiple times a week for hours at a time. In 3 yrs I have had a tech out probably 30 times and every time they leave saying it was fixed, only to go back out within hours. This company has basically stolen thousands of dollars from me. They will tell you the same old sad story and offer a tech to come out which will probably take a week, if they ever show up. Oh, need to speak with someone with authority?
