I had service for 2.5 months and needed 5 service calls due to a “line issue on Mediacom’s side” which was never resolved. I lost service for a week at a time because of their poor workmanship which cost me time and money with my university courses. When I finally cancelled my service the retention rep had the gall to tell me I should have paid extra for a business account with them because they would have treated my issues quicker.
