Paid for the service and had techs out within a week. Had to call customer service repeatedly cause all my cable would do is buffer when trying to stream on a 1 gig speed. I told them the last time they were out that i wasnt gonna pay them if they didnt fix it. They showed me a speed of 300 mbps and left. Soon as they left i tried streaming a movie and it wouldnt play.
