Mediacom wouldn't let me do an install setup where I could just tell the technician the entry code into my house so that I didn't have to drive several states away just to get to my rental property in order to get a new wifi installation set up. This property is not easy to get to from where I live several states away (no airport or train station remotely close). So I had to come down here in order to get the installation box because they Fedex'd it and theres no porch to secure it while I'm away. So I had to drive down here... read more
I don’t understand how my internet bill is over $100/month and the internet drops at minimum 5x a day. It is impossible to work from home as calls are always dropping . What a joke!
MediaCom offers the absolute worst customer service. We constantly experience outages and the best response MediCom provides is "We'll see what we can do." Currently we have been without internet for over a week, and they finally agreed to send a technician. I stayed home from work to wait for the tech and they never showed or contacted me. When I reached out MediaCom gave no explanation told me "We'll try another day." That's not sufficient.
