Eating a yaco
We have been without internet for 2 weeks, since the Friday before Christmas. We've had techs come out to check on it/repair it, we've had appointments made and rescheduled on their end, and they even cut the cable during "repair." Still waiting on a bucket truck, which they stated was needed, to come out. The first time we called, that Friday, we were told we would have internet within a day or two. The second time we were told the upcoming weekend. Still nothing... two weeks later. We depend on internet service to run more... read more
Terrible service, unreliable and much slower that advertised. The tech support is unhelpful and cannot really resolve any issues.
This is a company that benefits off being the only option. The service is terrible and the customer service is worse. Just because people are paying for it doesn’t mean you are a good company. Had my appointment rescheduled 2 straight days because of terrible service. They don’t account for having to call out of work for 2 straight days. If I could rate this unstable internet lower I would
