I paid for service through October 5th (moving) and had 14 days to mail them back their rental equipment. On October 5th, I was charged over $500 for not having yet returned the rental equipment.

We have been without internet for 2 weeks, since the Friday before Christmas. We've had techs come out to check on it/repair it, we've had appointments made and rescheduled on their end, and they even cut the cable during "repair." Still waiting on a bucket truck, which they stated was needed, to come out. The first time we called, that Friday, we were told we would have internet within a day or two. Terrible service, unreliable and much slower that advertised. The tech support is unhelpful and cannot really resolve any issues.
