I am a network tech calling on behalf of my company because their circuit was reported down. Had to call 3 times because the first 2 times I was hung up on after being told it was our problem as they see no issues on their side (no troubleshooting was done, I assume they were unaware I am a network technician). I was then told I need to replace our Cisco C8500-12X router ($37,000 router) with their Eero router (less than $100) as ours couldn't handle the bandwidth???? Literally scamming their customers. Incredible.
Very bad company.keep increasing price annually and they add services as per their need. Avoid buying this service. Customer care is very bad too.
