If you have the option for any other provider, don't choose mediacom. Overpriced, questionable connection, and customer service is not able to provide any help. Multiple days with only 1-2 hours of service is unacceptable.
This is the worst service ever reminds me of early 2000s wifi, this worst service and the new Erro is Trash always dying completely where you have to get a new one each month and it always turns red, half time my security cameras dont capture anything cause it's always freezing! Or my games or always freezing or movies! This Mediacom need to be shut down and back to drawing board! You guys don't deserve any compliments!
I have lived in a dozen different cities with all different types of internet providers. Mediacom has been by far the worst I have ever seen. There are outages multiple times a week. It’s not cheap, and customer service just tells you they are sorry and there is nothing they can do. If there is another provider for your area go with them. I spend weekends with no Wi-Fi on a regular basis it’s insane.
Terrible always down the most expensive in the area go with ANYONE else
