Terrible service, an absolute nightmare to deal with in Springfield. Please don’t make my mistake, do your research, att, xfinity, i3, even t-mobile are all popular internet providers in Springfield. I had Mediacom for less than 2 weeks before canceling-the service was dog crap and they cannot get a tech scheduled in an even slightly timely manner. Trying to pay a bill, but they make it too hard...
In the past month my wifi has gone out more often than it did with my other company that I was with for over a year. Not only that, but customer service was rude when I called about getting my cable buried after it was installed 2 months prior (I was told when it was installed that someone would be put "soon").
I would give zero stars if I could. The service and customer service are the worst I have ever experienced.
