I had Mediacom for almost 5 years. Service was shoddy. It continually got more expensive over time. I finally had enough with outages and called to cancel my service. The first woman I talked to just continually pitched more products to me when I stated multiple times I just wanted to cancel my service. She hung up on me. I called back and completed the disconnect service. The final bill came; it was almost $900. I sent $100, then get a notification that my account is now credited with $170. Wouldn't even bother with this miserable company if there was a reasonable alternative. Random outages, usually at peak hours. Support is hopeless.
