This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Day after Christmas, Mediacom comes out to repair my neighbors Internet. To do so, they CUT our line, and left it in our yard. Someone else comes out the next day to replace our line. Now, my yard will have to be dug up for this line to be buried, which, according to them may take up to six months.
