Anyone affected by Hurricane Helene should beware! Mediacom is issuing bills that have not been properly adjusted due to loss of service! This is predatory billing and causes families already affected by loss to suffer undue stress! Rather than suspending their billing cycle, they tell people that they will adjust the bill after the system is restored. When asked about fixing my bill so that I can pay the proper amount, they refused. This is illegal!
