For distance education purposes, two monitors are needed – one for showing the outgoing picture, the other to display those at the remote location. If this is not possible, a picture-in-picture arrangement is an acceptable alternative.

When renting a projector, if you will be using video in the presentation, it’s extremely important to know whether it will need to be displayed in SD or HD. Remember that not all projectors are able to support HD, so you will need to get one that’s specifically rated for it.
