Very poor service on a $5k purchase. Purchased from Profound 3D which is a site owned by Media Supply. I ordered this Item on February 5th, and its now the 18th and yet to have it. Even though I'm a 2 day ship point from PA. Very frustrating. With plenty of emails to our contact there, they still are doing nothing to quarterback my order or help with the situation.
