Probably the best combination of professional skill, personal care and concern, relaxed but efficient pace, and communication skills I have encountered in recent memory ! I have used Oticon devices, for several years, and enjoyed them, however they recently upgraded me to newer Oticon technology, with fitted inserts, and the hearing improvement is amazing ! She will explain your results and prescribe the best pair for your condition. Follow up visits included. We are very happy with the final product. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.
