Ive been a patient since 2018 or so. I have very weak teeth, and need a lot of dental work. The team at Media Center Dental is great. They are using very up to date tech and techniques. They don't push for more expensive procedures or unnecessary dental work. They have always gotten me in for an emergency if needed, and their staff has appealed my dental insurance when they denied necessary work. I recommend the Media Center Dental team for sure!
Our entire family goes here - from adult to toddler. One of the things I was so happy with the practice in comparison to some others I've seen was how much they lean into technology. I've never had my oral health documented, photographed, and x-rayed so throughly. Dr Nancy Lee and her team are the best. I walked in off the street with a cracked tooth and they were able to get me taken care of that day. Dr. Lee and her entire team were thoughtful, thorough, and meticulous with their work. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Hend and the rest of the team were excellent. Dealing with a cracked tooth is never fun, but the whole team at Media Center Dental went above and beyond to make the process as calm and reassuring as possible. Very big fan!
I don't know what to say other than thank you! I'm incredibly scared of dental offices, and Dr. Lee and her team have made me feel the most comfortable I've ever felt going to a dental appointment. The call to check on me post-op was incredibly sweet, even though I was too groggy to answer :)
Fell on my face & fractured my front tooth, I’ve been in indescribable pain for the past month, my tooth felt everything, from the pain of the weight of my lip, to hot/cold that made my whole body shake.
