Everytime we do appointment and we must wait 30minutes to 1hr even having appointment. Not good customer service.

You can't go to the clinic unless you have a COVID test clearance. They will not let you book telehealth either. They do not let you cancel online and ask you to call to cancel the appointment. They do not answer the phone and just leave you on hold indefinitely. Calling the Prime Minister would be easier than getting through to their reception staff. Absolutely ridiculous. Highly recommended you go elsewhere. Very unhelpful and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
