Absolutely terrible! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!! I went there to get my mental health plan renewed when it’s supposedly free but then the GP said that I would have to go to my old GP but then she left already. Then she said that she’ll do something then sent me off. Nothing happened… still got charged $40 and yet never got my mental health plan renewed and never got any rebates back afterwards. My daughter went to get her mental plan renewed, the doctor’s response was “the doctor has left, there is no plan on the computer “ then my daughter was sent home, with 40 dollars charged…when I called the GP again,, the receptionist had a discussion with one of the doctors who agreed to review her plan on condition that she will have to pay another 40 dollars. Dr Suska Schoeman is an incredible doctor. She’s caring and she’s so very intuitive. She doesn’t give up till she helps solve your issues. I am so very grateful that I found her.
On Saturday morning to see a doctor, my experience to a recipient young lady, I just want to say she wasn't very friendly when asking her a mask, showing impatients and cold, 'It is not required anymore!'. I hope she can improve her customer service skills.
