Although the plan it self works for weightloss, some employees in the Cary office lack sympathy, understanding and simple training. I asked not to see one nurse specifically. She always hurt me when giving the b12 and b 6 shots. Yes they hurt already..but she would put the shot in the wrong place each time. I even complained to a manager and showed her where the nurse put the needle. She agreed that this was not correct. I asked not to see this nurse ever again. This had happened 3 other times before. 4 times was 4 too many.... read more

They are all very nice and very thorough to make sure you are safe to do the program. I also appreciate the weekly check-ins as they are helpful with staying on track and keeping you accountable.
The people here are very friendly and knowledgable. Since I came to Medi about losing weight, I have lost 35 lbs. They give you handouts everytime you go in to help you attain your weightloss goals. I was skeptical at first but I am loving it and I feel good mentally, physically and I have lots of energy.
Its a great program and the folks here truly care about your weight loss journey.They give you plenty of information to help you attain your goal, doesn't matter if your Vegan/a meat eater/vegetarian.
Great program! These folks really do care about your weight loss journey and want to see you succeed. They modify programs to fit your individual needs and dietary restrictions/sensitives.
