I was sent here when I got hurt at work. Worse place ever! They sent me to have X-rays and Mtn. View got them the results with in 2 hours medi urgent care told me it could take 2 to 3 days to get me the results, until I told them I would just go somewhere else and have them get results. Then I got a call in 15 minute after I lit a fire under them.
I just went there for help with pain until I could get a primary doctor and they told me there was nothing they could do. That I could always go to the ER. Waisted trip to see a doctor that doesn't care!
They don't have any place for non-sick people to wait and will not allow you to wait outside. It's too hard for the nurse to walk 20 ft to the door to get you. The receptionist is horrible.
I went a few days ago for a bladder infection. I didn't have to wait cause I was the only one there at the time. .... Thank goodness. I was in and out with 2 scripts that fixed me right up. The dr. and nurse could use some bedtime manner classes tho.
I went in because I had been having trouble breathing. They sent me home with antibiotics, and no one even listened to my chest. Ended up in the ER overnight because breathing became worse. Turns out I had pneumonia.
Trying to pay online is non-existence which is a total disgrace of today's technology available to Urgent Care in Seneca SC. I have called their payment collection service in Lexington and they will only accept payments by snail mail.
