I purchased a very expensive support from Medi UK, which became defective and no longer fit for purpose after only 7 months. When I complained I was fobbed off and refused a refund.

Wonderful customer service, the team at Medi UK addressed my concerns with an order straight away and dealt with my concerns with professionalism. Will definitely order again, really happy with my purchase.

Terrible service called up to see if they had received my order spoke to a very rude lady called Sharon she went on to say she hadn’t received my order and that I need to go back to the pharmacy as they clearly haven’t sent it I tried to explain I had been copied into the email and can see the order was emailed Sharon then went and said she can’t find any orders and that I should get the pharmacy to contact them. Only place that had toeless compression stockings in my size and at a good price, and had the items in my hand (or on leg) less than 24 hours later. Gobsmacked how quick they delivered, stunning.
