The team needs to be a bit more polite and accommodating to help customers work with MEDIUK. After giving so much business every single year between 6 pharmacies; MEDIUK has no regard to help us understand their ways of working. My query is to understand 'How to pay you regularly?' and the lady in finance team has no regard towards her customers and made me feel terrible working with this company.
I purchased a very expensive support from Medi UK, which became defective and no longer fit for purpose after only 7 months. When I complained I was fobbed off and refused a refund.
Wonderful customer service, the team at Medi UK addressed my concerns with an order straight away and dealt with my concerns with professionalism. Will definitely order again, really happy with my purchase.
Terrible service called up to see if they had received my order spoke to a very rude lady called Sharon she went on to say she hadn’t received my order and that I need to go back to the pharmacy as they clearly haven’t sent it I tried to explain I had been copied into the email and can see the order was emailed Sharon then went and said she can’t find any orders and that I should get the pharmacy to contact them.
