I had a wonderful, relaxing massage! Danielle really knew what she was doing and had excellent technique. She found just the right balance between working out tension and helping me fully unwind. I left feeling completely refreshed and renewed. Highly recommend!
I just love Sarah. She is an amazing athlete, coach and massage therapist. She has a very kind , calming , friendly , wise personality. I have had the opportunity to be coached by her and work out with her She is very knowledgeable about taking care of your body with exercise and therapy. She knew exactly what I needed and did a miracle with the massage. Her studio is so relaxing and smell so good. I wish I could have stayed longer for a post massage nap. I love you Sarah!!!!!
Realized after the first appointment that regular monthly massages are very relaxing, however professional sports massage treatments hone in on areas of concern. Suggested stretching and exercise activities result in increased mobility.
When you walk in, there isn't a receptionist. You just sit down and wait to be called by the person who you booked the massage with. I tried calling to book a massage but no one answered or called me back so I had to book it online. The massage was nice. She spent a lot of time on my back which was nice but the rest of my body felt rushed. It seemed like Lexi was sick with a cold so I am hoping that I don't get sick. It's a shame that she couldn't have taken the day off to recover. Overall, the massage was nice.
Great experience with deep tissue that was able to relieve my pain. Appointments were available with having to wait for weeks like other places I tried. Professional and comfortable setting.
