When you walk in, there isn't a receptionist. You just sit down and wait to be called by the person who you booked the massage with. I tried calling to book a massage but no one answered or called me back so I had to book it online. The massage was nice. She spent a lot of time on my back which was nice but the rest of my body felt rushed. It seemed like Lexi was sick with a cold so I am hoping that I don't get sick. It's a shame that she couldn't have taken the day off to recover. Overall, the massage was nice.
Great experience with deep tissue that was able to relieve my pain. Appointments were available with having to wait for weeks like other places I tried. Professional and comfortable setting.
I visit Medi Sports on a monthly basis. All of the massage therapists are professional and knowledgeable. The foyer is simplistic and no frills but when you step into the massage room your treatments are right up there with the best spas I've ever visited (and I travel a lot). Danielle is amazing! I highly recommend you give it a try!
I had back problems but with one appointment with Lexi my back hurt less.
1st time here and Deep Tissue massage was excellent. Lexi was very thorough and professional. Office was extremely clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Tom Casey
