Russ and the folks here went WAY ABOVE what was required to make preparing home medical equipment for both my mom and my mother-in-law. Honestly - I just don't see customer service like this hardly anywhere anymore and I can't recommend them enough. They know their equipment, they know the system, and they know how to deliver results fast.
