They are good
Dr Aurora was extremely dismissive of symptoms. Ended up going to the ER because of her negligence. Do not go to this walkin clinic. The reviews that are good are from people of the same community with personal relationships. I would not recommend to anyone if you want to be treated.
Stuff were nice and helpful. The Doctor was friendly and he took care of my husband.
Even after booking the appointment they make patients wait like an half an hour to an hour. I wonder why are they booking appointments if they can’t respect the appointment timings. I am not posting this review after one instance only, it happened every single time.
I need to go to discuss about my reports when I called them the receptionist said that there is a wait time of 2 hours. When I ask her to write my name in waiting list they said they are not gonna do that I need to go even though if I wanna add name in waiting list. It was so rude . They don’t know how to talk to patient. When I visit there and ask about time they said it will take more than 2 hours??
