After repeatedly having to contact the company about my CPAP supplies, I finally received my order. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told that my order had been processed through their warehouse and that any issues would need to be addressed directly with the warehouse rather than through Medi Home Care's physical office in Hickory, NC. Update: They never gave me a refund, so, I had to get my credit card company involved, and now they sent me a bill for the chair we returned! Brought back a shower chair three weeks ago within the return policy time. They took the chair back, I have yet to receive a refund, and when I call, which I have called several times, I get told someone will call me back, but no one ever does. I have tried to be patient, but this is just ridiculous at this point. I don’t know what else to do.
Needed a breathing machine was very nice got what I needed worked very well made a huge difference in my breathing
