My wife called several times in regards to he c-pap supplies... they were late. Receptionist was less that helpful in saying she couldnt lookup to see if our order had been placed AND or shipped. We called back again four days later, no the order is really late, abd the Receptionist said its in the mail and youll get it when you get it. The person my wife asked to talk with was too busy to take our call after at this point the 4th call in inquiry. Very poor customer service.
