This place stinks. I went in to get a pair of crutches because I have a broken ankle and torn tendon and my doctor's office sent them a fax at 11:10 and I got there around noon they said they didn't have it yet and we played this game until after they got back from lunch at 2:15. They finally got it and I had to pay for them myself because they said they needed a prior authorization and it would take 2 weeks to get and I needed them that day. Dennis was very helpful and caring from handling the insurance & documents to getting me my Walker in one day! I was extremely pleased with his help.
Needed medical equipment and was helped by a lady named Amber, who was polite and efficient with seeing that my equipment got to me a lot faster than what I expected. I will be using them again for any further medical equipment needs.
If it weren't for Tony being so awesome then I would go to another company. We've had many issues with receiving our supplies in Tony always fixes the problem! She is the best!!
