We chose Medi Home Health and Hospice to care for our mom. Your delivery driver had the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced!!!
I was very pleased with the one on one care my mother received while on hospice. The nurses were amazing. Mari the aid that bathed and dressed my mother Monday through Friday didn't skip a beat. What I'm still not ok with is that the dilaudid they told me that was in my mother's comfort care package to manage her pain was not there when she desperately needed it to manage her pain. We used Medi Home Health and Hospice for approximately a month for my husband. Even though it was a stressful time, the hospice experience was great. They were available 24/7 , did what they said they would do in a very timely manner. They also were compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism.
