Need to make an appointment to get my prescriptions filled and no one answers the phone. Have tried multiple weekdays at different times, just rings and rings then hangs up. Guess I have to drive to the drs office to get an appointment to see the Dr. SMH
Zero transparency. I called and scheduled an appointment for xrays, no problem. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told they wouldn't accept my PCP's script and that I would have to see their doctor first. What, to get his permission? Why wasn't that explained when I scheduled? It should have been a sign to just walk out, but I was so stressed out at the time, I agreed. Nenad and his son Bora Janicijevic are two very knowledgeable physicians and are always attentive to one's medical needs. This isn't just your average run of the mill general practice. It's well beyond that. They do on-site blood draws and testing, EKG's, allergy testing, etc. They even performed an ingrown toenail procedure for me a few weeks ago. I've been going here now for over 2 decades. I highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a new PCP, or you're just in need of a minor medical procedure.
