I cannot recommend Grace enough my sisters hair has improved after one session of treatment. Grace knows what she is doing and is a lovely person herself. She made us so comfortable. She gave us hope for treating her severe hair loss and made a huge impact on her self esteem. Thank you Grace!
I had one session at this clinic for hair loss and bald spots. The doctor wasn't very friendly, but, they did provide a treatment that helped a little. I noticed some hair growing back, which is a good sign, but I'm Still experiencing hair loss. I'm hoping with more sessions,I'll see better results. The place seemed professional overall. Very disappointed in Medi Hair Loss Clinic in Ottawa. I booked a free consultation with Grace, who was very nice and informative. However, at the end of the consultation, I asked one final question and was told, “You're in paying mode.” I had no idea what that even meant — until I was charged $56 for her two-minute response.
