Calm and professional. Got to see results in 5 weeks without injections. Really great. Really encourage to visit and have their hair problem sorted out. Their treatment products works super well. Grace was amazing in Medi hair loss clinic.I was going through very bad hair fall and feeling really stressed, but she handled everything with so much care and professionalism. She listened patiently, explained the treatment clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Grace and the team are very kind and caring, and I appreciate the professionalism shown during my appointments. Grace is an amazing trichologist that won’t try to upsell you on product that won’t benefit you. She keeps it real and provides great care. I personally love the trichozin hair serum, noticed great results and it’s a natural serum. Staff at the clinic was also very kind.
I’m so grateful to have discovered the Medi Hair Loss clinic back in February; I had lost a circular patch of hair on my scalp, and had been unable to get a proper diagnosis or treatment through my family doctor or any other channel.
