Grace was amazing in Medi hair loss clinic.I was going through very bad hair fall and feeling really stressed, but she handled everything with so much care and professionalism. She listened patiently, explained the treatment clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. After following her guidance, I’ve already noticed improvement and feel much more confident. She truly knows her work and genuinely cares about her clients. Highly recommend Grace to anyone struggling with hair fall or scalp issues!
I highly recommend Medi Hair Loss. Grace is very kind, patient, truly empathetic, and a great listener. She really understood how severe my daughter’s hair shedding was and supported us every step of the way. We’re so happy to see her hair growing again. I’m very grateful for her care and support. We will continue the treatment, this has been a very emotional time for us. All of her staff are professional and provide excellent customer service. It’s worth the money.
Calm and professional. Got to see results in 5 weeks without injections. Really great. Really encourage to visit and have their hair problem sorted out. Their treatment products works super well. Really amazing. Grace also explains the treatment process very clearly and says the possible outcomes in a nice and professional way. Keep this clinic as your top priority list to your hair treatment.
Grace is an amazing trichologist that won’t try to upsell you on product that won’t benefit you. She keeps it real and provides great care. I personally love the trichozin hair serum, noticed great results and it’s a natural serum. Staff at the clinic was also very kind.
This is a preliminary review, and I plan to provide a full update once my treatment is completed. My treatment is being done at the Scarborough location. Dr. Grace and the team are very kind and caring, and I appreciate the professionalism shown during my appointments. However, there appears to be a disconnect in communication between team members, which has unfortunately caused some inconvenience.
