Mediterranean style Chipotle! Yummy
They have great Mediterranean wraps and salads. They let you order in the style of Chipotle, where you can choose each topping, or you can choose one of about four standard topping sets, which is just as good and more expedient. I usually choose Medi-style (sweet peppers and onions, lettuce, tomato, tatziki.) Styles are Medi, Moroccan, Greek, and Europa. Proteins are chicken, lamb, spicy tofu, and steak. I like the lamb.
Modeled like Chipotle ("Pita-potle"?) It is just alright, but More expensive than it should be.
Superlative modern fast casual. This place along with Cava and Mezeh provides a bounty of healthy offerings for less than $10. I try to go vegan or vegetarian focused but often get steak/lamb combo. A valuable and lasting contribution to a now tourist heavy Shirlington. Try today. Simple small menu but no bad preparations. The slicy dark red dip is great with the chicken. Eggplant dip compliments the slicy lamb. BJW
