I’ve unfortunately been 3 times and is literally run by Physicians assistances.Not once saw an MD even in the halls. If a real Dr on call shows up you’d probably need to be near death. FYI they’ve opened a beauty spa 1 story up for more $ sucking.
I wasn’t thrilled with my experience overall. I made an appointment online. I was taken to a room quickly once I arrived. The nurse who did my vitals was great. I was told the “provider” would be in shortly. She came in within a couple minutes. However, the “provider” (I was never told what this persons credentials were and she honestly was incredibly young so she definitely wasn’t a doctor and I’m not sure if she was even a PA). Nobody does a better IV than Talia.
PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING. The $70 when you book an appointment online is not your copay. This place is a SCAM and they take advantage of sick/hurt people trying to find care.
Charged my wife $350 for a stat blood test. Conveniently forgot to mention they don’t run those tests stat and that the results will take about a week. We needed the results within a day (you know… the whole point of a stat order) so now we have to start the whole process over. Also, medhero has some of the worst phlebotomists in the game, needing to use two arms and butchering both veins in order to get 2 vials of blood.
