The Trinity, FL office front desk staff and doctor were friendly. My first appointment was disappointing. Reportedly the system was down; no contingency plan, the ekg stickers did not stick so not sure of results. I was told, I would get a call back with a referral for a CT scan( no call) and I was unable to refill meds.
Cancelled on 2 hours before appointment after taking off from work, but not before filling out all their online app information. Waited over a month for appointment for them to not have availability for another month. Then try to push nurse practitioner on me.
Ms. Rivera has been my nurse practitioner for the last 7 months. She is phenomenal! When I first came in I was in bad shape physically and mentally. She took her time and listened to my concerns. She made helpful recommendations and was not pushy or condescending like some some providers can be. 7 months later I couldn't be more happy with my care I am mentally and physically better! Thank you so much!
Dr Garcia is the best!!!!
