This is absolutely the worst I surace I have ever had. I’m 69 & I’ve never had such incapable people to work with. I had thaphone hung up on me, & told the line was breaking up to call back later. They ate all from Philippines, that don’t understand anything you say. It is awful.. my insuranc3vstarted on the 1st & I was looking fo insurance the next day. Don’t trust anything they say.
If you want them to lie after seeing you for 30 minutes, to not utilise the opinion of your own physicians that have been seeing you for years; this is the place to go. Incompetent corporate staff who again lie to protect their erroneous reports, where they can't even get the date of the appointment right in their reporting. This company especially is only interested in protecting their bottom line; therefore, the parties that send you here and their interests.
