Dishonest and unprofessional - they build something, they don’t do a good job and when you call for service they would do anything to blame it on you without even looking into it. I was lucky to get them to come finally to check the issue and we found out it was an issue with the way they installed the pool and even then they claimed it was a different technician who did the job and the house had issues from before blah blah blah and quoted me some crazy rip off price to fix it. We spent six figures on our dream pool (40x19) with water features with them so this was no small job and they did a overall great job building the pool. They do not specialize in water features so we pushed their capabilities on the water features needs we were asking for. Pros: 1. We enjoyed our experience with MedHawk Pools. We choose them because they were friendly and not pushy. Each person we interacted with was knowledgeable about the process and patient with us while we learned the steps. I had a design in mind and they were able to bring it to life. The construction process went fast and smooth. The managers on-site and the work crew were personable and clean. The quality of the pool and the equipment is top notch. My family loves our pool and huge spa! My only regret is not doing it sooner!
Not only did I feel like my needs really mattered to MedHawk, but by the end I felt like I could call them for any issue and would get a prompt response. They’re not just a great pool company, they’re a great family!
We built our pool, outdoor kitchen, pergola and sunken cabana with them during COVID when there was a lot of material and labor shortages and they did a great job from the beginning to the end of the project. It’s a family owned business and they are always willing to help, they go above and beyond with customer service and the design team is amazing. We highly recommend them.
