⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Garima is amazing! I was very sick and unable to drive to a clinic, and she went above and beyond by arranging a virtual appointment with a doctor for me. She also made sure my prescribed medications were delivered to my home on time. Her care, compassion, and dedication truly made a difference. Highly recommend! 😊
I’ve been a regular patient at this clinic since 2024, and the poor customer service still seems unchanged. I’ve also noticed behavior that feels culturally biased and unwelcoming. This clinic needs to do better and make real improvements in how patients are treated. Canadian human-rights and healthcare complaint resources recommend documenting specific incidents, reporting concerns to management, and, if the issue involves discrimination in healthcare, using the appropriate complaints process.
