Poor dental work for the amount paid never got the finished product
ANYONE who is out of money and or dental care you must go file a claim on Carl Medgaus estate. His daughter opened the estate in Westmoreland County. There are a few people who are already taking legal action due to the fact they have not updated anyone since putting a notice on the website. One must go to the Register of Wills in Westmoreland county and ask them for a form or contact an attorney. It is really sad that patients have to go through this…
After Dr. Medgaus passed away, all his patients were thrown to the wolves, no recommendations, no help whatsoever, pretty sad considering this place did amazing work, so sad his patients are being treated this way .... Dr. Medgaus would be so sad ...... I believe there will be a class action lawsuit due to the number of patients screwed over by this office ..... so sad, these guys were great ....
Gave them 5000 because I was in so much pain. He said I needed 3 crowns. The pain has gotten worse since work was done. Now I guess I just take it as a loss. They said they would call back once they figured things out. That was weeks ago. Still on antibiotics. I really just want my money back because I'm about to have it pulled out of my mouth by another dentist.
The office is now permanently closed. The office email address has been removed as well.
