For sure would recommend this location! The staff here is all very friendly and welcoming. I have nothing bad to say. They are military friendly. The provider I had was Ana M. and she was amazing and knowledgeable. You can tell she loves her job and cares for her patients. She treats you like a human and not just another person coming and going. I wish she was my primary physician over the military provider. I have never been to a VA examination before until now. My anxiety always rises with these military type examinations throughout my military career. However, the people here during this entire process treated me with the upmost respect and comfort. It's if they already knew how was feeling as soon as I began filling out the sign-in forms. Had C&P exam here, waste of time. Waste of gas, and not helpful at all. Paperwork missing, I do not recommend this place.
This was one of the worst C&P exams I’ve ever experienced. My appointment with Dr. Mark Miranda lasted less than 10-15 minutes — rushed, dismissive, and completely inadequate for something as important as a VA disability evaluation. He admitted outright that he wasn’t knowledgeable about ENT conditions or surgeries, (his specialty is podiatry) yet, he was assigned to evaluate my allergies.
